About me and my cakes.
I have always enjoyed making cakes for my daughters birthday. My favorite part of her party was figuring out what kind of memorable cake I could make for her. After a while friends started asking me to make cakes for them too. I really love it and hope that your enjoy looking at all of them.
All of my cakes are make with either the traditional buttercream or (my favorite) cream cheese frosting. I know there are some beautiful cakes out there made with fondant but I am not a fan of the taste. It is very important that all of my cakes taste as good as they look. Why make a cake if nobody wants to eat it!
